Product Warranties and Guarantees: DrugTestFirst carries only the best top quality home drug testing products from reliable and trusted manufacturers -- and all of our products come with a manufacturers warranty. Manufacturers have agreed to promptly replace or repair any product that is damaged or defective.

Secure Shopping: Online credit card purchases are processed on a Certified Secure Server using PayPal payment processing.

Orders are shipped after DrugTestFirst has received payment.

Shipping and Delivery: Our policy is to ship the same day payment has been received when possible. Due to delays that DrugTestFirst can not control, (such as pick-ups, deliveries, holidays, manufacturer schedules, etcetera) some orders can not be shipped the same day. If you need a guaranteed delivery date and time and are willing to pay additional charges, please contact us prior to placing your order - to verify that we can accommodate your need. We normally ship by 3-4 Day Ground Delivery.

Shipping and Handling Charges:
Our shipping and handling charges are: $8.00

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and outside the USA require additional shipping charges.

Sales Tax: is only charged on orders shipped to Arkansas.

Product Returns: Product returns are handled by the product manufacturers. Returns handled by DrugTestFirst incure a 15 percent re-stocking fee. There is no return on shipping and handling charges.

Privacy Policy: DrugTestFirst does not share any information that it collects about you with any third party -- other than if required to do so by an official court order or a request from law enforcement authorities.
